Assisting Employers & Businesses Since the 1960s
The Industrial Foundation’s roots can be traced back to efforts by the Guymon Chamber of Commerce along with city and county officials to spur economic development in the 1960s. In 1964, this effort resulted in the formation of the Guymon Industrial Development Company. This organization’s goal was to assist new employers in obtaining loans from the Small Business Administration. Several feed yards obtained financing in part through the assistance of the Development Company. The Development Company was also instrumental in working with Swift and Company to locate a packing plant in Guymon.
We have commercial land available from two acres to 25 acres and more if needed. Most plots have local utilities including electric, water, sewer, and fiber optic connections for special access, broadband, and voice.
